Since 1985, Lana Martins has always had a true understanding of her vision for Phoenix Service, LLC. A vision that includes being a truly successful and professional Women Owned Business that provides quality services to all their clients.


Born in Brazil, South America, she is a loving Wife, Mother, and Daughter, who balances her time meticulously between her two greatest loves, her family and the company that she has built, Phoenix Service, LLC.


Lana has a background in Business Administration and Computer Science, however, when she is not meeting with clients, or running the daily operations of the company, she thoroughly enjoys photography, cooking and spending time with her family.


Lana has set high standards for her entire Team, and their performance is definitely a reflection of all her hard work and dedication. That is why she believes in her philosophy, that at Phoenix Service, LLC. “We Perform and You Shine.”

CYNTHIA VARGAS

Director of Contracts & Sales

Cynthia Vargas brings to Phoenix Service, LLC. over 28 Years of experience in the Service Industry. She has held positions as Product Manager and Service Executive of National Accounts, for Xerox, later as a Customer Service Executive of Commercial/Government Accounts, at BBA International Banking Corporation, and First National Bank of Boston.


Born in Bolivia, South America, Cynthia attended high school and college in London, England, where she received an Associate Degree in Business Administration.


Cynthia enjoys spending time with her family and friends, especially her two sons. As a mother, she believes in strong family values, and cherishes the family bond. In addition, she loves to read, dance, travel, and believes strongly in enjoying life.

Human Resource & Billing Manager

Jessica Marques, presently serves as Phoenix Service, LLC. Human Resource Manager. Prior to joining Phoenix Service, LLC., she served several years as the Office Manager, for a regional janitorial service company.


She attended school in Virginia, where she was studying to be a Paralegal, however, Jessica is presently majoring in Business Administration, at Northern Virginia Community College.


The oldest daughter, in a family of five, Jessica is truly thankful for her two younger sisters, along with her loving and caring parents. She feels truly blessed for her family, especially knowing that she can always count on them.


Besides enjoying music, singing, and watching sports, Jessica enjoys meeting truly interesting people, and now really enjoys the simple things in life.

Building on over 28 years of experience in accounting, contracts and grants management with the ability to turn obstacles into opportunities to help Phoenix Service, LLC and our customers achieve their missions.


Hawah Beysolow brings to Phoenix Service, LLC the experience in commercial and government cost accounting and contracts. She has through knowledge of Government and Commercial Procurement with regulatory expertise in: FAR, DFAR, FASA; SBA and DCAA Requirements. Excellent Negotiations, managing & organizing accounting functions. She has earned her MBA/Management & Finance, MA in Accounting and Master Certificate in Government Contract from George Washington University, Washington, DC.


For over thirty years we have kept our eyes on the current and emerging changes in the industry and we developed the resources to master the changes-by staying close to our customers and anticipating their needs, hiring talented professionals with proven capabilities to propel us into the future.


Hawah enjoys serving her community; as a volunteer she received an award from Fairfax County for her contribution to the County Fair for five years.
